Near Mar del Plata, there is a refrigerating plant.
Being, from its beginning, the most important
source of work in the region. In the year 2007,
our firm acquired this plant and updated its
facilities with high technology adapting it for
the export of first quality meat that the famous
and well-known Argentine prairies offer.

It is our intention: to maintain and increase the
worldwide-known prestige of the trademark
“Frigorífico Mar del Plata”.

It will be favor with the recognition of the most
demanding palates.



Possessors of a remarkable tradition in the
bovine production, our fields conjugate two
essential and decisive qualities of their
sustained development: big extensions of fertile
earth (free of contamination) and the whole
knowledge transmitted along serial generations of breeders. We are willing to offer to the world the best beef in the meat industry. And we can make it!

The strict selection of animals, coming from fields characteristics of the area pampeana, is touch stone for the achievement of quality guaranteed in our meats.

All our fields (extensive natural prairies, rich in pasture) there are exclusively dedicated to the upbringing, feeding and put on weight for the supply of our plant “Frigorifico Mar del Plata”.

The excellent genetics improved during years, added to the nonexistence of illnesses and the upbringing to open sky, the advanced technology and the strict controls hygienic-sanitariums of our establishment constitute a perfect combination that allows us to obtain a maximum quality in our products.
The Argentinean beef is
known and distinguished
all over the world by its quality.
It possesses a color and distinctive flavor due to the particularity of the cattle production.

This is raised in vast extensions of fertile floor, feeding of natural pastures, free of hormones to simulate the growth. Due to this the Argentinean beef possesses less fatty and less cholesterol.

The consumer is increasingly informed and demanding with regard to the quality of the food that offer him generating a complex and directed demand (lawsuit). The meat does not escape to this trend and at present the production is orientated towards those products that present a value added as the bovine meat that possesses (relies on) nourishing incomparable qualities. 

The quality of the meat can decide for the nutritional characteristics that it possesses, the properties organolépticas or sensory and the aspects of innocuousness (absence of biological pollutants and / or of chemical residues).
